The Associate Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for coordinating legal recruitment (including for lateral associate, judicial clerk, attorney, and other lateral lawyer roles) and onboarding for the Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, and Baltimore offices, as well as special projects and coordinating certain aspects of associate recruitment processes for other Hogan Lovells US Offices as assigned. The coordinator will work with the Lateral Associate Recruitment Manager, and also with the Washington Recruitment Managers and Chief Associate Recruitment Officer when requested.
LAWYER RECRUITMENT & OUTREACH:
Core Hours, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (including 1 hour for lunch) with overtime as needed.
